You may not use this service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. You may not transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent. You may not impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice. We may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms. Users may delete their own content and accounts at any time through the service interface. Upon account deletion, user data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
